Calarasi 7 Years XO is a Moldovan brandy, or divin, that is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of seven years. It is produced by the Calarasi Divin factory, which has been in operation since the late 1800s. Features a delicate bouquet with floral notes, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla and oak.
Taste: The flavor is typically described as soft, harmonious, and elegant, with hints of caramel, toffee, and subtle spices.
Appearance: An amber-colored spirit that gains its color and complexity from aging in oak.
Strength: It generally has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%.
